When Joe Biden recently took to the airwaves to announce that he was bowing out of the 2024 Presidential race, as an interested party I decided to watch the speech.<\/p>\n
I don’t normally listen to anything that Biden says, because I know that the speech is going to be so full of lies that it isn’t funny.<\/p>\n
If he isn’t lying, he’s going to be having trouble remembering his own name.<\/p>\n
Now, I know people who have memory problems and couldn’t recall much of anything off the top of their heads.<\/p>\n
They could still read at the same level that they always read at.<\/p>\n
Well, except for a relative of mine who we knew the dementia had gotten so bad that they couldn’t read a book that they had read so many times they might as well had memorized it.<\/p>\n
I know that the speech that Biden gave to the nation the night that he decided to give up the ghost was a rehearsed production.<\/p>\n
Shoot, the damn thing was probably taped a day in advance.<\/p>\n
But if you look at the way he stumbled and fumbled through the taped speech trying to read the teleprompter you almost have to feel bad for the guy.<\/p>\n
I mean, he probably knew that the game was over for him a long time ago.<\/p>\n
The loss of mental acuity is not something that happens overnight, it’s something that slowly creeps up on you over a period of time.<\/p>\n
