Republican Kari Lake is certainly a force to be reckoned with, as she continues to make waves in the political world.<\/p>\n
Not to mention the fact that she is a woman of many options, with her sights set on the 2024 U.S. Senate election in Arizona as she continues to challenge her loss in the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election.<\/p>\n
She is currently contemplating whether to throw her hat into the ring and will make a decision over the course of the next few months.<\/p>\n
During her recent appearance at The Family Leadership Summit, a Christian conference held in Iowa, Lake made a statement that she believes she is the only candidate who could win next year\u2019s Arizona Senate race.<\/p>\n
Lake explained, \u201cI\u2019ve looked at the polling, to be honest, and I believe I\u2019m the only one who can win that race. We have an opportunity to pick up a very important seat so that when President Trump gets back into office, he can have people in D.C. ready to back him up with this incredible agenda.\u201d<\/p>\n
As such, it looks like we may see Lake throw her hat in the ring soon \u2013 but what does this mean for Republicans?<\/p>\n
It appears that should she decide to run for Arizona Independent Sen. Kyrsten Sinema\u2019s seat, Kari Lake already has an advantage in terms of potential voter support.<\/p>\n
Last month, one survey had Lake ahead of all other possible candidates in a hypothetical 2024 GOP Senate primary by 28 points.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, another survey conducted by JL Partners from April 10-12 showed that 38% of registered Arizona Republicans and undeclared voters would vote for Kari Lake if given the chance as well.<\/p>\n
This is indicative of how popular and beloved she is amongst Republican constituents \u2013 and certainly speaks volumes about how successful she might be if elected come 2024.<\/p>\n
Kari Lake\u2019s popularity doesn\u2019t just come down to polls though; there are plenty of other reasons why people love her so much.<\/p>\n
For starters, last year during their respective primaries, both Donald Trump and Mike Pence endorsed Lake which goes to show just how much faith they have in her political skillset.<\/p>\n
Additionally, despite not announcing any plans to run for Senator Kyrsten Sinema’s seat yet (at least publicly), this hasn’t kept speculation from running rampant over whether or not we’ll see a candidate announcement coming soon.<\/p>\n
After all, it was just last month when Kari took to Twitter saying “Are you ready for the next chapter?” with an accompanying photo of herself silhouetted on stage with a state flag as backdrop – talk about mysterious!<\/p>\n
And while some may argue it’s too soon to tell what will become of the legal battle against fraudulent activities from last year’s election (which could potentially lead up to re-election) \u2013 one thing remains certain: whatever decision Lake makes regarding her ambition towards higher office will undoubtedly be met with enthusiasm and support by both sides alike.<\/p>\n
