As the world awaits President Obama\u2019s memoir, a former biographer of his has revealed salacious details about the 44th president\u2019s past.<\/p>\n
David Garrow, who had a falling out with Obama and wrote the book \u201cRising Star: The Making of Barack Obama\u201d in 2017, is now making media rounds to discuss intimate conversations he had with the Democrat.<\/p>\n
He recounts everything from alleged fictionalizations within his famous autobiography to letters confessing homoerotic inclinations during his time at Harvard Law School.<\/p>\n
Tablet magazine gave us an insight into what Garrow uncovered during his work with the former president.<\/p>\n
It was noted that Obama wrote letters to an ex-girlfriend while at Harvard Law School detailing fantasies he held about having sex with other men.<\/p>\n
However, it appears that Obama asked for these letters not be seen by Garrow \u2013 something which he abided by.<\/p>\n
Nevertheless, it has been suggested that if these letters ever come to light there could be some scandalous revelations involved.<\/p>\n
Garrow went on record to state that this is simply part of being human; we all have fantasies.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m a historian, not a psychotherapist,” said Garrow, “but…I’m 70 years old.\u00a0 My sense of the world is that…a large majority of humanity has fantasy lives.”<\/p>\n
This sentiment was echoed when discussing another letter written by then-undergraduate Barack Obama to another girlfriend.<\/p>\n
One paragraph was redacted due to its content concerning homosexuality, but luckily for us Harvey Klehr, professor at Emory University, managed to copy down what had been removed by hand so as not to leave out any detail within Rising Star.<\/p>\n
Garrow added that beneath all this lies an insecurity within President Obama.<\/p>\n
