Legendary country music singer Shania Twain has been in the spotlight for decades, and she’s showing no signs of slowing down.<\/p>\n
From her pre-show rituals to her diet and fitness habits, Twain is a true inspiration.<\/p>\n

Though not superstitious by nature, Shania Twain does have one ritual she strictly follows before each show: avoiding solids hours prior to performing.<\/p>\n
“If I eat any solids hours before the show, I’ll have to burp,” said 57-year old Twain.<\/p>\n
She prefers sticking with liquids only until after her concerts are over as burping on stage would be quite distracting during her performance.<\/p>\n
In May 2021, the \u201cMan! I Feel Like a Woman\u201d star revealed she adheres to a mainly liquid diet that includes protein shakes filled with greens.<\/p>\n
As for snacks, peanut butter or dark chocolate are usually on the menu depending on how hungry she is feeling.<\/p>\n
Cheese is something she tends to avoid as dairy products create phlegm which isn’t ideal when singing live onstage.<\/p>\n
The Canadian native also plans on ageing naturally and embraces every part of growing older rather than trying to hide it away like many people do when they start seeing physical changes in their bodies due to aging.<\/p>\n
Twain is currently gearing up for her Las Vegas residency titled \u201cCome On Over\u201d which tickets will go on sale later this month according to USA Today.<\/p>\n
She previously hosted residencies called \u201cLet’s Go!\u201d from 2019 – 2022 and \u201cStill The One\u201d from 2012 – 2014 so it looks like fans will be able to enjoy more of her music live soon enough if they missed out during those years.<\/p>\n
The Queen Of Me World Tour recently paused but that doesn’t mean we won’t get any new shows anytime soon from the 5-time Grammy Award winner who exudes confidence throughout her career due largely in part thanks to experience and maturity.<\/p>\n
According to People Magazine, Twain attributes much of this newfound confidence and energy from being grateful for all the health issues that taught her lessons along the way despite them being difficult at times.<\/p>\n
After posing nude for one of the singles off her sixth studio album titled \u201cQueen Of Me\u201d entitled \u201cWaking Up Dreaming”, it seems clear that though aging naturally may bring its own set of challenges, Shania continues embracing every moment fully showing us we can still do great things even if life throws us curveballs we weren’t expecting.<\/p>\n
