One of the most celebrated models of our time is not doing very well these days. Linda Evangelista, who has been on more than 700 covers, has “one foot in the grave,” according to reports. The Canadian native was once one of the highest-paid models in the world. Now, at 58, her life is all but over.

Sad Day

Evangelista has not been seen much as of late. We are now finding out that is because she was allegedly deformed by a process called “CoolSculpting.” She has also been diagnosed with cancer, twice. During a recent interview, she stated, “I know I have one foot in the grave, but I’m totally in celebration mode.”

In 2018, Evangelista was diagnosed with breast cancer.

She stated, “It was detected in my annual mammogram.

“The margins were not good, and due to other health factors, without hesitation, because I wanted to put everything behind me and not to have to deal with this, I opted for a bilateral mastectomy.

“Thinking I was good and set for life. Breast cancer was not going to kill me.”

In 2022, she found out that she had cancer again.

She stated, “Dig a hole in my chest,” she told her doctors.

“I don’t want it to look pretty. I want you to excavate.

“I want to see a hole in my chest when you’re done. Do you understand me? I’m not dying from this.”

She has more or less gone into hiding over the last few years, claiming she was “permanently deformed” and “brutally disfigured” from the CoolSculpting procedure.

She sued the company in 2021, which was settled in 2022 for an undisclosed amount.

The last time that I know of her being seen in public was at the Fendi fashion show in September 2022.

She and three other models will be featured in an Apple TV+ series called “The Super Models” on September 20, 2023.
